If you have decided to sell your property without a real estate agent, the process from contract to closing may seem intimidating or confusing.
Finding a title company or attorney to assist you with the process will be one of the first decisions you will need to make.
Our office would be happy to assist you with the process and make the transaction as smooth as possible for all parties involved!

A complete and fully executed purchase and sales contract will need to be provided to our office for the process to start.

Unfortunately, our office is not able to provide or prepare the contract.

*Documents that will be helpful to provide with contract:

  • Current Warranty Deed
  • Owner’s Title Insurance Policy
  • Current Survey
  • Original Manufactured Home Titles (if Manufactured Home)
  • Payoff information for existing mortgage/equity lines on property

Bring any of the above-mentioned documents with you when you choose
your title company/attorney, this will provide important information that will be needed during the process.

*Below are standard fees that Seller and Buyer are responsible for in the Tri-County area:

Settlement/Closing Fee Settlement/Closing Fee
Owners Title Insurance Policy All Loan Fees
Documentary Stamps on Deed Survey (if applicable)
